Timberform-DP is a large surface curtain formwork system with H20 timber beams on the vertical, specially designed steel curtain belts on the horizontal and plywood covered on the surface. H20 timber beams used in the vertical direction of the system are manufactured according to EN 13377 standards. The system can be adjusted to any height if H20 wooden beams are used individually or by adding them. By giving curvilinear form to the panels with tension apparatus, different diameters can be easily adjusted within the same project and easily adapt to subsequent projects. Maximum 50 kN/m2 fresh concrete pressure is taken into consideration in our designs.

Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our production. Steel products are cleaned from chemical oils on the surface by sandblasting before being subjected to oven painting process. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
