    Shoring Scaffolding Systems
    PSS | Header Beam Formwork

The PSS Pier Shoring System is a professional heavy-duty formwork support system that combines high load-bearing capacity, maximum workplace safety, and speed for concrete pours of cap beams at bridge and viaduct piers.
It provides engineering solutions by anchoring directly to the reinforced concrete pier body—whether circular or rectangular in cross-section—without being affected by ground conditions, elevation differences, or terrain irregularities, and without the need for scaffolding during elevated construction work.

It provides a safe load-bearing capacity thanks to PSS Anchor Heads—which are specifically analyzed for heavy concrete masses and dynamic loads and connected to reinforced concrete columns via high-strength steel bolts—and the PSS Main Beams IPE600 mounted on these heads, which feature high moment and shear resistance.

It maximizes job site safety with edge protection barriers, safe platform components, and integrated access ladders that are fully compliant with working-at-height standards.
Thanks to flexible connection elements that can be easily adapted from project to project, it provides significant time savings during assembly, disassembly, and crane-assisted transport processes.

Integrated jack shaft mechanisms beneath the beams and platforms allow for millimeter-precise leveling and alignment adjustments before and after concrete pouring.
