Windboard is designed taking into account 100% occupational safety rules in order to prevent possible occupational accidents during concrete pouring or formwork installation in ongoing construction projects, which are assembled at the construction site, displaced by crane. The surface of the facade is covered with a material fall preventive fencing. Windboard has the ability to be displaced with hydraulic units without the need to use a crane. TS-498 standard is taken as reference in our calculations.

According to this standard, the applicable wind speed is 28 m/s for H=0-8 mt, 36 m/s for H=9-20 mt, 42 m/s for H=21-100 mt and 46 m/s for H>100 mt. Windboard panel calculations are made according to 46 m/s wind load. Windboard is produced from TSE certified, mechanically tested industrial profiles. Before the products are subjected to the paint process, chemical oils on the surface are removed by sandblasting.
