Timberform is a large surface curtain and column formwork system with H20 timber beams on the vertical, steel curtain belts on the horizontal and plywood covered on the surface. H20 timber beams used in the vertical direction of the system are manufactured according to EN 13377 standards. The system can be adjusted to any height if H20 timber beams are used individually or in combination.

In our designs, a maximum fresh concrete pressure of 50 kN/m2 is taken into account in curtain molds and a maximum fresh concrete pressure of 80 kN/m2 in column molds. It is also possible to design the system for high concrete pressures and casting speeds by increasing or decreasing the number of H20 timber beams in the vertical direction and increasing or decreasing the number of steel curtain braces in the horizontal direction. Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our productions.

Steel products are cleaned from chemical oils on the surface by sandblasting before being subjected to oven painting process. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
