Rapido is a panel formwork system with steel frame and plywood surface which is transported by crane. Special shaped S420 MC steel profile with high torsion resistance value designed by Welser Profile is used in the main frame of the system. 21 mm birch plywood is used on panel surfaces. Panel widths are produced as 30-45-60-75-90-105-120-240 and heights as 60-90-120-150-180-210-240-270-300-330 cm. Thanks to the perforated profiles drilled every 5 cm used in Rapido-uni panels, any size curtain and column formwork can be easily adjusted and cast. Rapido formwork system is designed for a maximum fresh concrete pressure of 80 kN/m².

Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our production. Before the panels are subjected to oven painting process, they are sandblasted to remove chemical oils on the surface. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
