RAPIDalu is a manually handled panel formwork system with a steel frame and plywood surface. The main frame features specially shaped S420 MC steel profiles, designed by Welser Profile, offering high torsional resistance. The panel surfaces are made of 15 mm birch plywood. Panel widths are available in 50, 75, and 100 cm, while heights are produced as 90, 120, 150, 270, and 300 cm.Thanks to the perforated profiles with holes every 5 cm used in RAPID-UNI panels, wall and column formworks of all sizes can be easily assembled.

The RAPIDalu formwork system is designed to withstand fresh concrete pressure of 40 kN/m². Robotic cutting, drilling, and welding processes are applied in our production. Before being subjected to oven painting, the panels are sandblasted to remove chemical oils from the surface. Upon request, our products can be hot-dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
