Rapid is a hand-held, steel framed, plywood surface panel formwork system. Special shaped S420 MC steel profile with high torsion resistance value designed by Welser Profile is used in the main frame of the system. 15 mm birch plywood is used on panel surfaces. Panel widths are produced as 30-45-60-75-90 and heights as 60-90-120-150-180-210-240-270-300 cm. Thanks to the perforated profiles perforated every 5 cm used in Rapid-uni panels, any size curtain and column mold can be easily adjusted and cast.

Rapid formwork system is designed for a maximum fresh concrete pressure of 60 kN/m2. Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our production. Before the panels are subjected to oven painting process, chemical oils on the surface are removed by sandblasting. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
