In cases where it is not possible to install curtain and column formworks with double surfaces, the formwork and plumb struts are exposed to a high concrete pressure. In such applications, single-sided strut system is used to make the system safer and more durable. The system consists of 3 standard types of frames, A400 – B200 – C200. The system is compatible with Rapido and Timberform formwork systems. It can be installed up to a maximum height of 9 meters. Single sided formwork system is designed for maximum 80 kN/m² fresh concrete pressure.

Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our production. Before the frames are subjected to oven painting process, chemical oils on the surface are removed by sandblasting. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
