The system is used as double or single sided in cases where it is not possible to cast the curtain and column formworks at once depending on the height. It is especially used on viaduct piers, blind facade curtain walls, outer surfaces of curtain formworks where it is not possible to shoot struts. Climbing brackets of 120 – 150 – 200 – 250 cm are produced as standard. The brackets are suspended to the concrete surfaces with permanent anchors + cone + hanger pulley. Thanks to the hydraulic and mechanical mechanisms developed by ÖZLER, the brackets can be easily displaced together with the formwork system on the brackets.

Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our production. Before the consoles are subjected to oven painting process, chemical oils are removed from the surface by sandblasting. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
