Formdeck has been designed by taking 100% occupational safety rules into consideration to provide material transfer between floors in ongoing construction projects, which are assembled at the construction site, displaced by crane. Standard 4 types are produced as TYPE/A – TYPE/B – TYPE/C – TYPE/D. According to their types, they are used between minimum H=250 cm and maximum H=450 cm by compressing under slabs or beams. It makes a maximum cantilever of 300 cm outward from the facade.

Formdeck uprights 100*100*5 mm, main beams NPU100 and tension arms 76*5,0 mm are produced from TSE certified, mechanically tested industrial pipes and profiles. Before the products are subjected to oven painting process, they are sandblasted to remove chemical oils on the surface. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
