Mehmet ÖZELCİ
He was born in Safranbolu as the first child of the late Zehra and Necati Özelci. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Safranbolu and his university education in Istanbul.
Mehmet Özelci worked as a tax auditor in Izmir, Istanbul, Diyarbakır, Sakarya and again in Istanbul and retired. In 1996, he founded Özler Formwork and Scaffolding Systems together with Nuri Özelci.
In 1998, he transferred his shares to Nuri Özelci and left the company. Mehmet Özelci, who had a humanist personality, who ran to the material and spiritual help of almost everyone he knew, passed away in 2002 due to illness.
He was buried next to his beloved father in Safranbolu. We remember him with mercy, longing and gratitude.
Nuri ÖZELCİ
He was born in Huruçören Village of Araç district of Kastamonu as the last child of the late Fevkiye and Faik Özelci. He completed primary school in his village, secondary school in Araç, high school and university education in Istanbul.
Nuri Özelci started his business life in 1973 and worked as an expert accountant at ÜÇLER MUÇASEBE in Fatih, Istanbul for 5 years and ASMAŞ AŞ in Çağlayan, Istanbul for 2 years.
After his military service, he worked as the accounting manager of UYGUNLAR MINING AŞ. in Istanbul for 12 years. For 6 years, he served as the auditor of TANKAY building cooperative in Bodrum, as an accounting teacher in ŞAMPİYON dershanesi for two terms, as a member of the board of directors of KÖMPAD in Istanbul for 3 terms, and as a member of the board of directors of KASTAMONUSPOR club for two terms. In 1992, he started to operate in the mining sector with NAMA MINING and in 1994 he started to operate in the automotive sector with SÖZ automotive. In 1996, he founded Özler Formwork and Scaffolding Systems together with Mehmet Özelci.
He left the management of the company to his sons Burak and Berkan ÖZELCİ since 2012.
